I purchased my SUV from Treasure Valley Subaru in May and had one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car! I had the pleasure of working with Tommy Lynch who did a phenomenal job getting me out of a tiny car too small for my tall toddler and into an SUV with a plethora of "kicking" room that met all my wants. I approached him making it known this was not going to be an easy task. I had an extensive list of wants and a personality for days. Let me tell you, the man handled it like a royal knight of the treasure valley car salesmen! He looked far and wide for the right fit for my family! He listened to any and all concerns I had. Answered all the questions I could possibly throw at him (it was a lot). He handled my jokes with ease, laughing even when he probably did not find them funny. He was nothing but patient when I brought my above mentioned tall, moderately feral toddler to the dealership to sign paperwork. He played along with all the thing she could throw at him (including an attempt with a colored pencil) and named colors of things she so kindly brought us. He responded to all her 529 "HI's". He gave her one of her absolute favorite things.... SNACKS... Really, he won the girl over there but he didn't stop with the snacks.... No, not the amazing Tommy. He pulled a bubble wand out of the depths of his desk and presented it to my sweet, adorable, kind, very feral toddler . After Tommy gave strict instructions NOT to drink said bubbles, my toddler promptly decided that was a wonderful idea that had not yet crossed her little growing mind. (Needless to say I think Tommy questioned his heroic bubble gifting ability after that, but we will let it slide.) My toddler left a happy, tired girl from many trips back and forth from the play area (moms this was a HUGE benefit!!) safe from ingesting any bubbles due to the quick response from the adults (even Tommy.) She did have 1 complaint, the car is not blue... This was not Tommy's fault, I did not want a blue car. But if there was a complaint that came from the amazing experience it would be the toddlers displeasure with a not blue car. (Have to keep it real and throw in something "negative" to balance out a well rounded review) Even with all of the wonderfulness listed above, Tommy kept up the good work, the man helped me move my life of a full time working toddler mom with a ridiculous amount of hobbies from my tiny cramped car into my new SUV. He didn't even complain, although I will say he was quite surprised at the amount of things that had accrued in such a small space... He handled it like the champ he is even with the utter shock. All in all, this was one of the least stressful buying experiences I have ever had. We will be back for our next purchase! Tommy was fantastic! The whole dealership was kind, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend Tommy and the team at Treasure Valley Subaru!

Teya was amazing. She took all my anxieties and threw them out the window. I’ve never had a more pleasant experience buying a car. We worked with Dakota Woods to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned 2025 Subaru Outback Onyx Edition. After some email communication, we scheduled a visit for April 25, 2026 for a test drive. Dakota did a wonderful job explaining some of the different features and answered any questions we came up with. If he didn’t know the answer off hand, he sought it out and let us know. Additionally, he offered us a test drive on their off road track. That was a fun little quest. Ultimately, the car was a bit out side of our budget so we had to walk away. However, as time went by he would notify us of price drops. Today, May 23, was the day where that vehicle was within our budget. He did a great job walking us through the steps to make our cash purchase. We enjoyed how non-sales pushy Treasure Valley Subaru was and would recommend it to others. They also have great hospitality. Multiple people checked in to see if we needed anything to drink or eat on each of our visits. Lastly, this dealership gives a lot back to the community. Just bought our 2010 Expedition from Forrest. We had a great experience. Me and my wife dragged all four of our Kids to the dealership and we were a little worried, but it went great. Forrest met us at the vehicle and was very welcoming. We had a vehicle in mind, they had it brought around and the test drive went great. Forrest was awesome with all the kids. There was a play area for the kids during all the financing. Overall, great car buying experience.

Initially bought a car from them and drove it back to my home state, when trying to register the car the title was misplaced either by the state DMV or the mail service and lost. In the meantime their staff, especially their Office Management team has been more than outstanding in providing service and helping to keep the car drivable registration wise while the title gets sorted. Like I said, I would have no hesitation driving a car to the east coast from Treasure Valley Subaru. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

We made an appt for trade-in appraisal with intent but dread in purchasing a vehicle. Dread in the long process & the eventual car payment. The first person we met pulling up to the dealership was Logan Germann. By first impression, I hoped Logan would be our salesman. Sure enough he was and our experience was smooth, just like him! Enjoyed conversation about music and food in-between “serious business.” He’s a well rounded individual & we feel fortunate to make he, Melvin & Nate’s acquaintance:) Great patriots & people!!!
